1. Scope
The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTCs”) apply to all orders placed via the KEAI.life online shop (hereinafter referred to as “KEAI.life”) and all contracts concluded (hereinafter referred to as “orders”).
KEAI.life reserves the right to change the GTCs. The valid version of the GTCs at the time of placing the order shall apply. It may not be amended unilaterally for the relevant order
2. Offers
Offers are made to customers who are either natural persons or legal entities domiciled in Switzerland, Liechtenstein or EU countries. Deliveries may be made only to addresses in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the EU.
Offers are valid only for as long as they appear on the online shop and/or whilst supplies last. KEAI.life may change its prices and product range at any time. The images used in advertising media, brochures, on the online shop, etc. as well as all information about the products themselves are for illustrative purposes only and are non-binding.
3. Pricing
Prices are displayed in CHF and include value-added tax (VAT 7,7%) – for clients domiciled in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Prices are displayed in EUR for european customers.
The prices stated on the online shop at the time of placing an order shall apply.
Delivery cost are listed separately in the shopping cart and on the invoice.
KEAI.life is not responsible for any import fees or duties on international orders. Please contact your country’s customs office to calculate import cost.
4. Ordering
The presentation of products on the online shop shall not constitute a legally binding proposal but rather a non-binding online catalog or non-binding invitation to customers to order a given product on the online shop. KEAI.life reserves the right to limit the delivery quantities of specific products and not to deliver or-ders involving exceptionally bulky products.
Placing an order shall constitute an offer to enter into a contract with KEAI.life.
Following placement of the order, the customer is automatically issued with a confirmation by KEAI.life, documenting receipt of the order.
KEAI.life may reject an order, either in its entirety or in part, without stating the grounds. In such cases, KEAI.life will inform its customers accordingly and refund any payments already made. No other claims shall be accepted.
5. Delivery
Items are shipped by KEAI.life to customers in Switzerland, Liechtenstein or EU countries via Swiss Post
Once the customer has placed an order, they will receive a confirmation email from KEAI.life. All orders placed on Monday through Friday, excluding Swiss holidays, will be processed the same day. Depending on product availability and payment verification, orders will be shipped within the next 2 working days. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Delivery Time
Switzerland/Liechtenstein: 1–2 days
EU Shipments: 6–10 business days
Customs clearance procedures may be required; under these circumstances, delays may occur, which will affect our original delivery time. Delivery time of orders can be extended by delivery service for indefinite period for reasons beyond our control.
Delivery costs
The cost of delivery depends on the total weight of the ordered products (minimum purchase value excluding delivery charges, deposits and credits). The cost of delivery stated on the online shop and delivery cost guidelines apply. Delivery costs are listed separately in the shopping cart and on the invoice.
Custom duties
In some cases, there will be VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs and/or duty fees levied by your destination country. These additional charges are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot determine the charges since customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions. We do not grant refunds for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.

6. Returns
Returns are accepted up to 14 days after original purchase date for unused products. KEAI.life can can ini-tiate the refund of the retail price for the product to the customer, without the shipping costs. In order to initiate a return, simply email us at info@keai.life for instructions.
7. Supported payment methods
Payments are to be made in CHF or EUR, according to the chosen countries at the moment of the order.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
All legal relationships between KEAI.life and the customer are subject to the substantive law of Switzer-land to the exclusion of conflict-of-law provisions and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (Vienna Sales Convention).
The courts of Bellinzona, Switzerland, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
